It's been a while since I don't post anything new here. The thing is I've been studying, sketching, getting my hands dirty. Last week I worked on a sketch of Martin Luther King Jr., whereas a few days later I tried to figure out the mysteriously odd smile of George Washington. There are these statues at the University of Texas here in Austin, in fact they're everywhere, and they range from quasi abstract depictions of the different ethnicities one may stumble upon around the campus to a couple of pretty famous, historic figures, such as the founding fathers. I don't usually upload these types of sketches, but maybe I will. Diana gave me a nice Canson sketch book, and it feels great to work with those papers.
